You use ToastUp at your own risk. You are solely responsible for how you configure the service, what messages you show to visitors, what integrations you enable, and any business, legal, technical, reputational, financial, or other consequences that may result from that use.

Expanded limits for teams and multi-site projects.
You may not resell, sublicense, or rebrand ToastUp as your own service.
4. Payment & Refunds
Refund policy
All purchases of paid plans are final and non-refundable. After a paid plan is purchased or renewed, ToastUp does not provide refunds, credits, charge reversals, or partial refunds for unused time, downgraded plans, account inactivity, unused features, integration issues, or cancellation after payment.
You may cancel a subscription at any time from the billing area or Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund payments already made.
If a refund is required by mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction, that mandatory legal right will apply only to the extent required by law.

6. Prohibited Use
You may NOT use ToastUp to:
- Display illegal, hateful, harassing, or discriminatory content
- Impersonate other brands or individuals
- Run scams, phishing attempts, or malware distribution
- Display content sexually exploiting minors
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload our infrastructure
Violation results in immediate termination without refund.
7. Liability
ToastUp is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep uptime high, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific conversion results, revenue increases, deliverability, compatibility with every website, or that your use of the service will be error-free.
You accept full responsibility for your use of ToastUp, including your toast content, targeting settings, tracking choices, lead collection, third-party integrations, and compliance with all applicable laws. You are responsible for any damage, loss, claim, penalty, complaint, business interruption, reputational harm, or other consequences caused by or related to your use of the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToastUp, its owners, operators, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, business, data, revenue, profit, reputational, or third-party damages.Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
